We ship locally within Singapore only. Please note that we cannot deliver to the following areas:

  • Airline Road
  • Airport Cargo Road
  • Alps Avenue
  • Brani Terminal Avenue
  • Jurong Island
  • Kusu Island
  • Resort World at Sentosa (Various Addresses)
  • Defence Technology Tower (A & B)
  • Various Military and Restricted Areas

Shipping Costs

  • Orders below SGD $30 incur a shipping fee of SGD $3.99.
  • Orders of SGD $30 or more qualify for free shipping.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 working days.

Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days after processing.

Order Tracking
We provide tracking information for all orders so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Packaging
Each order is carefully packed into individual bags and then placed into a polymailer with a fragile sticker to ensure safe delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@nugsnibbles.shop. We will resolve the issue with the shipping company on our end.

Returns and Exchanges
At Nug’s Nibbles, we prioritize the health and safety of your pets. Due to the nature of our products—premium, perishable treats crafted specifically for pets—we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will be happy to provide a replacement.
